  • I love this gym! It's serious about helping you reach your goals. No lunk alarms, they don't serve pizza and don't limit your weights or exertion noises like some of the trendy gyms. Hunter and Jamie are so friendly and welcoming. I have never felt anything but welcome here as a 53 year old woman training to become a powerlifter. And every man I have come across at gym has been polite and friendly. Great place and a fantastic environment!

  • What a great find. I travel a lot and usually have to use hotel gyms or the larger chain gyms. The Basement gym was walking distance from my hotel. Had two great workouts during my stay. Lots of options on equipment and can accommodate any workout style. Go see Jamie if you live in the area or are just passing through.
